Chuck McClung practices in all areas of domestic and foreign Intellectual Property Law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition and trade secrets.
Chuck is admitted to practice in the states of Oregon and Washington, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, and U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit.

Chuck’s professional affiliations include the Oregon Patent Law Association (President, 1995), Oregon State Bar (Patent and Trademark Section, Chairman, 1979 – 1980),

Chuck earned his Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, in 1974 from Gonzaga University School of Law, Spokane, Washington. At the University of Washington, in Seattle, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1962 and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1964.
Chuck is an avid gardener who has used this hobby to represent nurseries in obtaining plant patents.
