Chernoff Vilhauer, LLP is seeking an associate attorney.

 

The candidate will possess proficiency in the areas of legal research and brief writing, drafting and responding to written discovery, managing discovery and discovery databases.

 

Will conduct legal research and brief writing; drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing discovery. Work with witnesses for depositions and trial testimony. USPTO Bar registration is desirable.

 

A strong technical background, trademark or patent prosecution experience, and ITC or IPR experience are a plus.
