Chernoff Vilhauer is excited to announce our attorney Jack Scholz has been elected to the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates for a three-year term. 

 

The House of Delegates is a governance forum for the Oregon State Bar membership.  Attorneys who serve on the House of Delegates debate and decide matters of policy including disciplinary rule changes, bar positions on major legislative and policy issues, member resolutions on a variety of topics, and membership fee increases.

 

Jack joins attorney Amelia Forsberg who currently serves on the House of Delegates.  Chernoff Vilhauer is pleased to have attorneys dedicated to serving the membership of the Oregon State Bar.
