Peter Staples, a partner at the Portland intellectual property firm Chernoff Vilhauer, was recently chosen to join the International Trademark Association's (INTA) Trademark Mediator's Network.  The Network is a global panel of mediators who are skilled in trademark and unfair competition law and trained in the art of mediating intellectual property disputes.  Pete's extensive IP litigation experience provides insight into resolving such disputes.

INTA is highly selective in accepting attorneys to become members of the Trademark Mediator's Network. 

 

Pete is the only INTA Mediator in Oregon.
