Phoebe C. Hung
Phoebe is a trilingual attorney with an international background and array of litigation, transactional, and judicial experience. In the past, she was an associate at two international firms and was involved in patent litigation cases on technologies such as fintech, web security, health diagnostics software and chemical drugs. She was once involved in and oversaw a case with 58 asserted patents, and has participated in an evidentiary hearing in Marshall, Texas.
During law school, Phoebe served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Paul S. Grewal and Edward J. Davila in the U.S. District Court Northern District of California. She was also a student attorney for entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, where she conducted due diligence for startups and translated and examined contracts for a public Chinese company.
Phoebe has lived in both Northern and Southern California, Chicago, Taipei and Pittsburgh. Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, she possesses native proficiency in Mandarin and Taiwanese, and is intermediate in Japanese.
