Chernoff Vilhauer, LLP, a boutique intellectual property law firm based in Portland, Oregon, seeks a USPTO licensed patent attorney with preferably at least three years of patent prosecution experience.

​

Preferred candidates will also have a technical background in electrical engineering, fiber optic communications, and/or encryption/security. Chernoff Vilhauer exclusively practices intellectual property law, with a focus on patent and trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation, and licensing.
